Single: Terraform by Lazyrave

Newcastle residents and indie electronic four-piece band LAZYRAVE are new to us here at No Barriers Radio, (their first single was in 2019) but we like - a lot! Terraform is the latest release, multi-layered, chilled (imagine a post night out come down - not sure I remember that far back if the truth be told!) I do like this explanation of the track from the PR spiel so I am using it here, ‘Euphoric and pounding drums introduce and then provide a constant rhythmic heartbeat throughout, before a pair of spacey whirling synthesisers enter the fore and create a dark electronic atmosphere with room to breathe’. About the song LAZYRAVE explains: ‘Terraform is about trying to start again on a new planet because we have messed this one up, rather than fixing the one we have already. Ultimately we mess that up too because the real underlying issue is that we are human.’ MI
