As well as being the manager of a busy independent city cinema he is a well-respected, much-lauded, and sought-after film critic in print, radio, online, and on the independent award-winning short film circuit. He writes reviews, runs a regular popular Twitter film and games discussion, and when he has free time he spends it with his wife and family.
