Single: Capeland by Liv Elisabeth

I love this. Capeland is very comforting, using Liv’s beautiful voice, energy and tone - to be honest it’s been on repeat (I think my neighbours must think someone’s had a relationship break-up - that sort of endless repeat!) I don’t know much about Liv and there seems to be a lack of anything on the internet, which I find fascinating (and frankly joyous) in this day and age! But what I do know is  Liv is a singer/songwriter and pianist from Staffordshire who has been writing songs since the age of 11. She has been involved with musical theatre since she was four years old and it is on stage is where she feels most herself and confident and she takes inspiration from Kate Bush, Marina and the Diamonds, Bon Iver, Queen… You must listen to her amazing cover of Radiohead’s Creep.
