The past couple of weeks has been pretty damn great for new releases (in fact I have been slightly overwhelmed TBH). One to add to the play loud playlist is Tattooed Heart by Liverpool's very own excellent Attic Theory. I am a fan of a track that starts quietly and builds up to a crescendo, the start is very reminiscent of an early 90s indie song then it serves in a louder, gravelly and altogether different direction. The clincher for me is love vocalist Lewis Wright’s voice, very much a modern-day Joe Cocker. Just turn it up! And enjoy… MI
